Spanish zodiac signs from Aries to Virgo
The first six signs are Aries, Tauro, Géminis, Cáncer, Leo and Virgo. Notice the accents in Géminis and Cáncer.
Sign names are capitalized when naming the sign. When describing people by their sign, Spanish commonly uses lowercase: soy aries.
Spanish zodiac signs from Libra to Pisces
The last six are Libra, Escorpio, Sagitario, Capricornio, Acuario and Piscis. Escorpión is also used for Scorpio.
To read a birth date, combine months in Spanish with the day number.

El signo solar is a sun sign, and el signo lunar is a moon sign. El ascendente names the ascendant in a chart.
Spanish astrology aspects and chart terms
La conjunción, la oposición, la cuadratura, el trígono and el sextil are names of astrological aspects. An aspect is a relationship between positions in a chart.
Retrógrado describes apparent backward motion; retrógrada is the feminine form.
